The bone mass

OSTEOCEAN is good for increasing the bone density and optimizing the skeletal growth.
The calcium, which is 99% of bones, is usefull for their solidity and strength. However, the bone mass reduces and bones become brittle. That is why it is necessary to supply your body with a sufficient intake of calcium, at any age of life. 
The phosphorus, as well as silicon, help for bones and teeth solidity.
The D vitamin improves the intestinal absorption of calcium.

Direction for use : 3 to 6 capsules per day, at the beginning of meals, with a big glass of water.

Daily dose (6 caps.) :
Fish bones : 3090 mg ; Calcium : 740 mg (92% of RDA*) ; Phosphorus : 340 mg (48% of RDA*) ; Vitamin D3 : 2,5 µg (50% of RDA*). (* Recommended Daily Allowance)
