BIOMEGA 3^® is an oily extract of fish from cold oceans (anchovy and sardines) naturally rich in omega-3 which  EPA and DHA are well-balanced.
The omega-3 are fatty acids very important for the human being as the body is unable to  produce them. These fatty acids have to be brought by food or by an appropriate supplement.

BIOMEGA 3^® contributes :

• to improve the lipid level by supplying the body with fatty acids which are essential rather than satured fatty acids, too many present in our eating  habits,
• to a good functionning of our cardiovascular system with its benefic action on arterial pressure, on cholesterol level (LDL), on blood fluidity,
• to a good development of brain and retina, to a good emotional balance.

Directions for use : 3 to 6 capsules per day, with a big glass of water.

Daily Dose :
Anchovy-sardine : 1500 à 1620 mg ; Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) : 270 to 291,6 mg ; Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) : 180 to 194,4 mg.

Ingredient :
Oil of wild fish (anchovy-sardine). Coating : gelatine, glycerol, purified water.
